CB Affiliate Formula - Are you kidding me?
The latest in the ever growing list of monumental fluff launches with little or no substance comes from Andrew Fox’s CB Affiliate Formula.
Like many of you, all my email accounts were JV bombarded with this “Guru Tells All” offering. I clicked on the link. I can’t believe I did that.
I mean, with every plea, the alarms were blaring and lights were flashing saying “STAY AWAY”. But still I clicked. “Damn you, greed and curiousity.”
Reading through the sales page, I still wasn’t sure this was anything more than the usual “over-promise, under-deliver”. (Is that how that goes?)
Showing off affluence may be a cultural thing for a kid from Ireland, I don’t know. But, we were all kids once.
And are you telling me that if you were trying to sell me something, that you wouldn’t try to convince me you were rich and worth the investment? What better way to show me than put in a couple of pictures of a Ferrari in a garage, at a beachfront home? I’m such an idiot.
Oh no, he has a picture of Filsaime and Carpenter too. More alarms blaring “RUN AWAY”.
But what can I say, I suffered from a brain cloud. I joined this membership site. And even opted for the upsell.
I couldn’t believe what I paid for.
My favorite was his “Quick Start Affiliate Guide Crash Course Video Introduction, ‘Step By Step’ PDF Blueprint & Flow Chart….Value $297
It was a single page basic flowchart. And the Crash Course Intro video was of him sitting by a fish tank reading the flow chart!!!!! No Steps!!!
In what universe is that worth $297? Even with the free fall of the US dollar, it’s not worth anywhere near that. Nothing new.
Long story short, it was like my friend John Jonas says.
It’s Crap.
Thankfully, he’s closed the doors. I feel sorry for those that stick around. As for me, I bailed.
Accordingly, he is the winner of my prestigious “You’ve Got to be Kidding Me?” Award.

Hey thanks for the review. Looks like he’s closed his doors but supposedly will open them again for a few more unsuspecting souls.

Yeah, I saw that. My guess is that the more folks that drop out, the sooner he’ll re-open.
Thanks for the comments, I appreciate you dropping by.

Great straight-forward honest review, thanks! I’m amazed at this trend of gurus offering junk for a good chunk of change. I stayed away from CB Affiliate Formula but I came close to joining, I’m glad I didn’t! I have yet to read one positive review, even those that are positive admit there is no content but they’re sure that Andrew will come through eventually. I guess they should be honored to wait and pay $77 per month until Andrew adds content? Just like Chris’s GCD piece of junk software with a disastrous launch and yet it keeps selling out when re-opens it. Amazing.

[...] month until Andrew adds content? Since I resisted the temptation you can read a straight-forward CB Affiliate Formula review that I found helpful from someone who did buy it. Or just Google “CB Affiliate Formula [...]

thanx for lookiong for a link that obviously I couldn’t couldnt make visible. I’m not much on the point and shoot of web 2.o It’s so easy I goof up. As a ersult during a theme update, some things got squirrely.
actually, in terms of you gotta be kidding, I’m curently putting John Reese into that spot.
I managed to sign up one guy for blogrush…a client of mine, bridge solution. He’s been cited twice in Ad Age and twice in the WSJ…but his content isn’t up to john reese’s standards according to what he said over cofee today. His opinion was that blogrush is a feeder for income . com …and nothing more.
here’s the cody moya thing.
