This guy has submitted more than 3 million Web videos in past two years–so I’m guessing he really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to cameras.

The video is called:
“The Video Camera Buyer’s Guide: What to Buy and Where to Get It.”

He’s got a killer way to start a full or part time Web video business that I’ll get more info on in the next few days.

But this is where it all begins…with the right camera.

He goes through all of them in this video from the new Flip cameras and Webcams all the way up to the HD “prosumer” models-and everything in between.

Plus he shows you which microphones to use and what the must-have accessories are. That’s been my biggest question because the audio on most of video has been sub-par in my opinion.

This is great stuff, so you really need to take a look at this–especially if you’re looking for a way to make money in the new economy

Great video on Creating Personas for Better Marketing

I just watched this video by Rand Fishkin from SEOMoz and Ian Lurie of Portent Interactive discussing the importance of creating personas of your clients for marketing your products.

There is really no way to effectively connect with your customers without first understanding and identifying who they are and what they are looking for and that’s what I loved about this video.

Ian goes through through the process very well and I found it very valuable marketing to my affiliate marketing campaigns.

I used this info right away and only took about twenty minutes to come up with three fictional representations of the buyers in my market.

I’m convinced that using this process will put you leaps and bounds ahead of the competition and could be the difference between a .5% and 5% conversion rate.

Ian has an article on conversationmarketing.com called “Getting Inside Your Customers Head” that really hits the nail on the head.
